Rain was super helpful with arranging our tickets and helping us with the itinerary through the area!!! We really appreciated his help, as it is quite difficult to figure it out yourself. He was also very quick with responding via WeChat whenever we needed help

Rain is very friendly and will help you with any issues: how to call taxi, will help buy tickets to any park, where to have dinner and etc. Rain speaks english and it is very important in such place where not at all people understand you. Rooms are not luxury, but u will have everything what u need for life and night. AC is present for cold/hot. We took 2 beds and it was fully enough for family with kid. Near with hotel you can find small shops and restaurants where you can buy food and etc Very nice location if you want to visit avatar and other parks. Easy to call Didi taxi.

Has everything you need. It’s all very clean and the host(Rain) is extremely helpful. He was willing to book my tickets for the national park for me(at a discount), he also mapped it all out for me. Out of all the places I’ve stayed in China this one definitely has the most friendly host.
