The proprietors were enthusiastic and did everything they could to make it a good experience. The location is very convenient to the Tusi Imperial City, a wonderful historic spot that we would probably have missed otherwise. It is easy to travel to Zhangjiajie West Railway station or to Didi to the ZJJ National Park.

We are from Singapore, on a Free-and-Easy trip to Zhang Jia Jie for the first time. The location of Zhangjiajie Porui Hotel - Tianmen Mountain is good, short walking distance from "72-Storey" Building and also the Tian Men Mountain Cable Car Station. Next street is along the river that offers good site for evening strolls after dinner. The street where it is located is full of eateries that offers value-for-money and delicious hot food and is readily accessible to convenient stalls. The host/staff are very friendly and offers recommendations for efficient ways to enjoy the attractions in Zhang Jia Jie. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Evening is quiet and offers peaceful nights conducive for sleep.

The staff was very helpful. There was always going to be a language barrier, but we got around that with the usual WeChat app and hand signals. He assisted with getting dinner, breakfasts, taxi's, advice, booking our tickets and even planning our stay.

Everything was great,the staff very friendly and helpful.It s near to a lot of restaurants shops and only 5 min (by didi)away from train station .
