We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Quero; everything was really lovely. The Old City location was great, the breakfasts were delicious (tasty arepas!), the staff was extremely kind and responsive, the room itself was beautiful and comfortable, and the rooftop pool was a refreshing respite in the afternoons. We also really appreciated that, upon request, they brought a rocking chair into our room so that we could have two comfortable chairs to sit in together in the evenings.
The hotel has probably 10 very spacious rooms, a large bathroom
Located in Old city, but the block is non-commercial. 4 min walk to blocks w restaurants, shops, bars; 15 min slow walk to Clock tower. So it's quiet. Very good internal yard with hammocks and a small rooftop pool are good after a day on the beach or touring the city on a hot day.
Friendly staff, decent breakfast made to your order (don't expect a breakfast feast as in large resort-hotels)
