The staff was very attentive and helpful. They accommodated our request to switch rooms from a lofted bedroom to one with bathroom and bedroom on the same floor. Very lgtbq friendly. Rooftop and pool were lovely!

Casa Lola is a very sweet boutique hotel very close to the historical center of Cartagena. the interior design will attract your eyes. the stuff is super friendly and very nice. the food is excellent.
