The hotel was very pretty and the attention of the staff was great

The location was great and the staff was incredible. When we first checked in and were shown our room, we realized we booked the "double" room which was so tiny - about the same size as a cruise ship cabin. The front desk staff was quickly able to sort us out a bigger room in which we paid the difference. Breakfast was always fresh and yummy. The staff was super helpful - assisting with ironing and laundry as needed. We highly recommend this hotel!

The service! We were faced with a series of inconveniences, but the staff at the hotel made sure we were well taken care of. We were supposed to stay at the Palmas, but we were changed to Leones de Alba because of a humidity issue at the Palmas Hotel. We were given a nice room but unfortunately, there was a fly (insect) issue and the hotel moved us to another larger room. The staff was readily available and were very nice. Shout out to Laura who came looking for us to make sure that we were ok and taken care of. Thank you!

Central Location. Beautiful and quiet. Staff was excellent. Our flight arrived early, and we were given access to our room before the stated check in time. Breakfast was delicious.

We had a magical stay at Palmas de Alba. What a beautiful property. We rented just one room but it would be perfect to rent the whole property for a family or friend group getaway. The staff was profesional and attentive and at night Alejandro made us feel safe and provided for. I cannot recommend this property enough.
