The penthouse was very spacious. It was more than enough room for everyone with a sensational view!
Modern, very clean and a few steps to the beach.
Host was Very accommodating and responsive. We loved it! The pool, the beach and the penthouse itself. Best stay so far in Costa Rica!
Our favorite property in Jaco. Close enough to walk the beach into town and far enough away from the hoopla of town.
Nelson (the gate keeper) is also a great asset to the property.
Property was gated and seemed very secure. We arrived late night and gaurd was waiting for us in the guard shack. Elevator in good working order. Clean rooms and kitchenette. Two suites with flat screen tvs (both with access to balcony). Air conditioning worked great! Pool and easy beach access. Room had pool towels and bath towels. But the best part of this room are the views! Right next to the ocean and near the mouth of a river. Could see the beach clearly and even some dolphins/seals!
Nelson, the host was very friendly and helpful. The property is secure and private.
