The bed is very comfortable, I got the best sleep during my Costa Rica trip over here. The shower water was hot and the breakfast was great! The location is very central to anywhere in downtown San Jose. We parked in the basement and it was free.
The staff were friendly and helpful - and spoke English. the location was fantastic and allowed me to walk to most things I wanted to see and do. the place was modern and always clean.
Great staff! Super friendly and they went out of their way to help out when I needed anything. They also have a little fitness center so I used that a couple of times during the stay. Location was also great!
Location, free parking, lobby, staff, room service
You can definitely tell the hotel is dated. Need to take some time to restore it. Lobby area was nice, centrally located. Bed and breakfast was good. So no complaints
