Easy walk to have dinner. Very friendly staff during each interaction! Thanks for storing my bags while I was on a tour!
Loved the old historical charm of Hotel Santo Tomas and the staff was very accommodating, especially Marco who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was top notch. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights in San Jose and Santo Tomas was perfect.
We loved how great the pool area was, the fresh cooked breakfast, the friendly staff and owner that greeted every guest and all of them went above and beyond to make our stay special. It is so close to all the downtown attractions which makes it a perfect locationto explore San Jose and it took about 20 mins from the airport by Uber to get there
The staff was terrific. The historical hotel was charming and in a great location.
Excellent location for walking to the wonderful museums. Good places to eat nearby but restricted choice as not a populated area these days. Very clean room, nice places to sit in the hotel. Old fashioned but in a good way.
