This condominium is beautiful and very well kept. You can even wash and dry your clothes while you’re there. It is also only 5 kilometers from the hotels that are pick up points for many of the tours that go to the Arenal volcano. The owner is very responsive and accommodating.

It is an apartment in private aparetement complex only accesible with permition. Even if the area around felt a little unsafe at night the complex is very secure and safe. Great outside area for everyone with a gym, huge pool, basketball court and many other things. You could have a nice evening walk there.
The apartment as itself was super nice for one night. Even for more great. 11th floor with a great view over San Jose, furniture and everything in a great shape, fully equiped kitchen, dining area and living room in one. The two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms make it just great for a family.
We enjoyed a lot and recommend this apartment. Great value - price ratio!
I been to lots off country's and I stay at lots off hotel and appointments and houses these appointments is the best perfect location and very clean
Best place we stayed in a lengthy trip through Costly Rica. Very clean. Comfortable beds, which are rare in this country. Not even one bedspring poking you. Host even included tissues, the first we saw. Everything you would need for a few days is in the apartment. Laundry detergent, some spices, coffee, board games, toothbrush if you forgot. Everything here is up to Western standards. Host responsive. The ONLY place I would recommend in this country.
