Paula was amazing and very responsive. We told her our expected arrival time and she was there. Everything was smooth.

Everything was clean and confirtable, i had hot water all the time and it was working with pressure system so all good. I had the a room upstairs so i had a nice view to a beautiful garden. I recommend this place and probably would come back. I had a car but if you are on foot, i think the area is safe, there is even a small police station on the way to town. clean, safe, comfortable, and great AC. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances. The accommodation was also affiliated with the Wellness Gardens near Lake Arenal, so we got to visit there for free and we really enjoyed it. There is also a great local supermarket right down the street which was really convenient.
