The grounds, the staff, the room, the breakfast, the location--- everything was perfect.
I absolutely loved it here!
The breakfast was good, wish the offered a breakfast included package. But the staff was great and the location was gorgeous.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, there were so many beautiful birds including a parrot on the property. The staff were super helpful and very friendly.
Room was exactly as pictured. Clear, full view of Arenal volcano. Hot tub in excellent working condition with hot running water. Other reviews mentioned a smell from the tub, which we did not experience. The tub did fill slowly, about 20 minutes, but it is quite a large tub so we didn't mind. Saw a macaw every day outside our room. Close to downtown (8 mins by car) without being right in the hustle and bustle. Quiet, hardly ran into other guests.
