It was clean, comfortable, and had hot water! Close to the pier and to the main area.

Very comfortable guesthouse. Wifi extremely fast. Aircon was great!
I booked Dalom but stayed at Mama Leurth which had a nice private bed and a warm shower. The room didn’t have AC but it had a fan. The location was nice and the girl at the front desk was super helpful and easy to contact through WhatsApp
Great location, only a few minutes walk from the ferry port and close to main restaurants/bars. Bungalow was peaceful and quiet, and fan worked well with mosquito net available. Bikes available to hire for 25k kip.
