It is a very well-located place. Don't expect luxury, and you will be satisfied. We had a room with a beautiful view over the Mekong. Just 2 minutes walk from the center. Great value for the money.
My room was spacious and had new bikes to rent out each day compared to other places. The AC worked, this was the most important part of my stay because summer was a killer.
The location was great. Easy to get to with lots of good restaurants around.

the location is perfect, close to the river and at the perfect point for watching sunset ( a must). the staff is really cool people, they are kind and really helpful.
