I loved the easy check-in a free bike ready right away!
Room was comfortable.
located close to town center
free bicycles were useful though could do with an upgrade, some of them were pretty worn out and brakes not working.
unlimited hot water, coffee and tea all day.
staff were friendly and could organize tours and transport for you.
clean big room, central location, especially the Vietnamese owner who helped me a lot :)
Management and employees were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Employees showed up promptly at 07:00 and immediately began cleaning the common areas.
The host! He is very helpful and friendly.
No insects inside the room which is nice.
The price is very good compared to other places in Luang Prabang in my opinion.
