The hotel is little away from historic center (800m), the benifit is very quite. The room is very clean and dry, basically the same as the pictures provided by the hotel. Breakfast is good enough considering the price. Next to the hotel is a small restaurant that offers local cuisine and is open all day. If needed, the hotel can provide laundry and bicycle rental services

The breakfast, location and rooms were all amazing. The real gem here is the staff. Our host Hoa helped us out so much with booking other things and really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We were having some bad experiences in Laos before this and this hotel really made us want to come back. The price as well is an absolute steal.

What an absolutely amazing place. We moved here after checking into our other, not so nice place. In fact we had walked around checking 4 other places, some a lot more expensive and Hoa and this place where the best. We asked her if we could just check in that night and give up the other reservation. Thankfully she had availability and we made it happen. Then we got to know Hoa and her kids and they're all so amazing. The room was clean and quiet. We were on the bottom floor the breakfast, omelettes, were very tasty!! They have bicycles that you can use for free, which we did almost every day. We were one block away from the night bazaar, and a few blocks from the river. Mere minutes with the bicycles. Don't even hesitate in your accommodations, book here with Hoa!! They will make you feel welcome and a part of it all. Hoa helped book taxis and a trip to the falls. She can even help book the LCR high-speed train.

Free bicycle and the location not that far from attractions place

It was so nice to live there. The villa is located in the centre of- everything is close to that, nice accommodation, everything needed for life is provided, great polite and kind reception with perfect English, tasty breakfast, nice terrace outside. Not noisy, not hot in the room. Many thanks!
