Hotel has beautiful grounds with a pond surrounding the restaurant and resident ducks to keep you company at breakfast! Great breakfast with loads of options. Great bakery selection, cereal, fruit, eggs or rice. Staff ate all lovely, friendly and professional. Room was comfortable and lovely terrace overlooking the gardens 15 minute walk to the town but hotel provide a free golf buggy service during the day as well if you want

We enjoyed the days we spent in Luang Prabang and our stay at le Parasol Blanc provided the ultimate holiday feeling. The location of the resort is unique, an oasis of nature still near the city centre and the river. Extremely friendly and helpful staff!!! They arranged a private boat tour and a trip to the Kuangsi waterfall for us. The laundry service is perfect and affordable. Having breakfast in the tropical garden was a good start of the day. Our stay in Luang Prabang was a highlight during our trip thanks to hotel le Parasol Blanc and its staff. Many thanks!!!

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The free shuttle service into town was great. We were in a really quiet but safe area not too far from the town centre. The breakfast in the morning was really good. It was a great bonus that the restaurant served meals from breakfast to dinner, so we were able to eat late lunch. They recommended the spa at their sister hotel, Villa Maly, and organised to drop us and pick us up again and the Laotian massage was really good.
