They upgraded our room and we got a small river view from the balcony (second floor). The room and bathroom were spacious. There is a big safety box in the room. Location is good and quieter, just few minutes walk from the restaurants. Go to the nearest french cafe, it’s so good. The staff was super helpful, we booked from them a shared van to the waterfall and also a van to Nong Khiaw. The breakfast was super tasty!

Great, convenient, and quiet location. We’ll within the cultural district to enjoy the heritage of Luang Prabang and close enough to the central market and many other restos. The management was very hands on with making sure I was comfortable and I had everything I need. Super helpful staff always with a smile on their face! The bfast and free coffee was great value too.
