Very nice hotel, beautiful area for walking. friendly staff. delicious food in the restaurant and excellent service.
The hotel, surroundings, and spa were fantastic, the area was big and full of interesting experiences. Unfortunately, the staff was quite rude and poorly managed a minor incident during our stay, leaving a negative impression of the hotel's hospitality. Hope the problem with staff is solved soon, it is definitely not at the hotel’s level.
