This is a fantastic place - a renovated big manorhouse. We could see all the rooms and enjoy ourselves in every place. There was a billiard, a speaking parrot, good breakfast. We loved the place and would definitely come back.

Comfy, spacious and spotless clean rooms, friendly staff. The property itself is pretty much a big interesting museum and I loved the fact that apart from the common spaces all vacant rooms were open to visit anytime during our stay.

A hotel & museum in one! I spent 1 night there and it felt like a special night at the museum. Beautiful room, friendly staff, green suroundings and lots of history. Highly recommended!

Staying at the Burbiskio Manor House is a marvelous experience. The owner has filled the property with interesting period artefacts so you really get to feel what it might have been like to live in such a property during the 1850s. The fact that you are encouraged to "treat the place like home" adds to the ambiance. The staff were super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to enjoy my stay.
