Staff was great when I arrived 06:00 after overnight bus from Gdansk. Made sure I was comfortable while waiting for room to be available, stored luggage and provided suggestions & directions for me to pass the time. The room was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view overlooking the River.

I have a visit to Vilnius Opera house and Congress hotel is perfect for that! Just cross the street.

Good location. The staff (Melisa) were very helpful.

Very clean, comfortable, great location, staff were very professional and helpful, it had very much the feel of a business hotel in the way staff behaved but they did help willingly with every request, which usually directions, places to eat and trying to book a bolt taxi to the airport. They all spoke English. I went for a superior room as the rate was good and it was a very spacious room with a little work areas with a spacious shower. Everything and everywhere very clean. 24 hour recption. I would return and have no hesitation in recommending as long as you are OK with a business style hotel but would draw attention to the not so happy comments below as well.
