This rural hotel with its gourmet restaurant and bistro is beautifully located in its own private park on the banks of a river in the Haute Sûre valley, an ideal place for many outdoor activities. Located in the middle of a rocky mountain landscape and vast forests, this is the perfect place for fishing, walking, canoeing, mountain biking and cycling. It is also a departing point for visiting numerous tourist attractions in the northern part of the country. In the Sûre you can go for a refreshing swim in summer, or catch trout with fly-fishing and have your trout prepared for dinner by the hotel’s cook. From the rooms located in the front of the hotel, the restaurant and its terrace, you will have a wonderful view over the surrounding river landscape.

Everything! Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Outdoor space was so relaxing to sit there and to hear the water and watch the ducks.
Both the evening clerk and the day clerk went above and beyond expectations. They were true angels in assisting us finding and recovering our lost phone we had left on a bus enroute to the hotel.
Anton and Nutabi are excellent hosts! They were gracious, kind, and helpful. They accommodated our room request even though it meant they voluntarily upgraded our room. They gave us excellent advice on things to see and do, and overall made us feel completely at home. Their staff was also very helpful and friendly.
The location is simply outstanding! It sits in front of a bluff and on a river. It is such a charming location. The surrounding countryside is beautiful also. We drove around for one day, exploring nearby castles, and loved the mountains and the forest-covered hills. The twisty mountain roads were a treat also.
We had never been to Luxembourg before, but we have fallen in love with it. We hope to come back someday, both to Luxembourg and to Dirbach Hotel Plage!
