We got upgraded which was a nice touch. The suite we had was big and comfortable.
Beach BBQ on Friday was a nice touch.
The kids club staff were amazing with my kids and the gift they sent them was appreciated. We also loved interacting with the turtles.
All staff were generally very friendly and welcoming.
Loved the free boats to the private island and Ile Aux Cerfs.
Facilities - location - variety of restaurants and delicious food - professional friendly staff (Jessie & Deepak) are the best hats off to all of you guys. Room cleaning twice a day which is perfect - welcoming gifts in the arrival and chocolates in the middle of each day .. free water activities- kids club free activities .. It was just amazing.
It’s clean and the staff were really supportive and welcoming guests and make them feel like they’re at home!
The beach was not as in the picture it was kinda painful to walk bearfoot . You need shoes to even swim in the water. Despite the beach the rest of the resort is amazing and I highly recommend it for the service and the hospitality
