The property is old but well cleaned, specially the bed sheets and the bathroom. Good for budget traveling for long stay.

Location was easy twenty meters from the road and a nice beach within walking distance.
The hosts (Mike and his daughter Julie) were absolutely lovely, the accommodation (+ balcony) was very spacious and located at a very central location in town. Close to the beach, restaurants and harbour. Trou d'eau douce is the cutest town and Studio Manguillier the best accommodation to explore it from. I highly recommend staying here!
Excellent spacious flat with fabulous belconies (2) and view was good. Warm reception from Veronique, who assisted us with the luggage. Towels were changed daily. Very well eqiupt kitchen and bathroom with excellent shower and hot water. Close to the main road and restaurant. Car park across the road was convenient and safe.
