True luxury is less about lofty price points and fancy finishes and more about exquisite service that is executed with thought and care.

THE ROOM : Thank you dear staff, MITHI. He upgraded me to SUITE ROOM. if It wasnt because of him. We definitely wouldnt get to experience such a big, comfy. clean room with wonderful view of BB! even it was just for 1 night stay, i was such an wondereful experience, and made us feel this wont be our last check in to ANSA KL.
