The room is good. The water heater runs and is excellent. The air conditioning is wonderful. Free WIFI is great. The fact that amneties surround the building is excellent as well. It was also easy to get the keys.
I liked that the instructions were clear, and they were also very accommodating as they answered my questions. Surprisingly, the particular unit I stayed in(facing inside, garden view, not the sea view / airport view) is actually much quieter than the one facing the sea, good if you need some peace and quiet. I did not hear any voices from neighbours, or even from adjacent units.
Nice place to stay. Parking is available for free. Clean room.
The room is very clean and comfortable. It comes with an iron and hair dryer which were very convenient. The area is also quiet despite having a lot of guests staying in.
Well equipped hotel only a 5 minute drive from the airport. Room was spacious and modern. Really good communication over WhatsApp - we were able to arrange storing our main bags with the hotel whilst we took a hand luggage only 4 day trip to Sandakan, which really helped us out. Thanks!
