Great location, in the terminal , 5 minutes walk to AirAsia check-in

Inside the hotel and easy to find food around the area.
The location is awesome. The staff is courteous..... The room was clean and cooling was room. Best for a short transit at KL airport
It was very strategically positioned near the arrivals gate and the departure gate, making it super convenient for travellers coming in and out of the country. The rooms were clean, all the amenities were also great. The addition of complimentary newspapers and snacks were also a nice touch, definitely a great experience overall
We couldn't have made a better choice! Considering the time of our flight, we didn't want to go back to KL, and we luckily found a clean and very comfortable room at Aerotel: we had a great night's sleep. The air conditioning was working perfectly well, and we could benefit from the airport's facilities (plenty of shops and restaurants) and from quick check-in/check-out process. Definitely recommended.
