Perfectly located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, close to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park.
Public transport and convenience store around the corner.
Street food vendors and restaurants also nearby and in the same building.
5 bonus stars for the room service guy.
Excellent location, clean room overall, excellent communication by staff. Much better customer service than most establishments in KL.
The staff were very helpful. Super convenient to all things like twin towers and restaurants.
The Premier Suite was a bit run down and definitely in need of some refurbishment, but for the price and the top location, it was perfectly acceptable.
