Location is strategic with plenty of parking space. Easy to get food and quiet surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff.
Convenient, as it is close-by to working area. Room is ok, not too bad, though bed is bit soft. Water dispenser is provided and can refill own water, environment friendly approach. Wifi connection is good in room as well, though bit slow.

The location of the hotel is in an area that is not very crowded. Parking is always available in front of the hotel but payable to the municipal council during office hours. Download the Perak parking app to facilitate parking payment.
The room itself was quite clean and not too big nor too small. Everything was in working order and the view is either the front of the hotel or the back of the hotel.
There is a vending machine in the lobby for drinks.
The hotel is about 12 min away from Ipoh downtown. Very well maintained (the towel, bedsheet, toilets are clean and no stain). The pillow and bed are pretty comfortable too. Kudos to the staffs (they are very polite and demonstrate good hospitality/customer service). Easy parking too.
