Great location, staff kindly and helpful, good breakfast, spacious rooms, and always very clean.
The hotel was excellent in all categories. The location in city center was enhanced by the great views. All the guest rooms are on high floors above the lobby on the 40th floor. The staff was friendly, professional and quick to respond to all needs. When my laptop wouldn't connect to the hotel's wireless, a member of the IT staff arrived within minutes to work on my computer in person and fix the problem.
Well maintained! Central location, close to public transportations.

Shout out to the gentleman running the omelette station at breakfast - he was so hard working and friendly, and the rest of the staff was great too. I love this place. Stayed there for a week in 2018 and a weekend in 2025 - both great stays. Slept great, good gym, love the breakfast and coffee.
The room was great, very clean and quiet. The view was great, the kitchen was nice and the drinking faucet was excellent. Breakfast was excellent, many choices of food and the cappuccino was fantastic. The location was central, close to KLCC and Petronas towers.
