A Truly Memorable Stay at Four Seasons
My recent stay at the Four Seasons was truly exceptional. Every element from the ambiance to the service was delivered at the highest standard one expects from a brand of this caliber.
I would especially like to highlight Nabila, who is a true asset to your team. Her warmth, attention to detail, and ability to call guests by name reflects a perfect execution of brand standards and genuine hospitality. Similarly, Thamim from the concierge team went above and beyond, reading guest needs even before being asked and offering support with such grace and professionalism.
Other than these small points, everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable. I look forward to returning soon.
The location is superb and the property is well maintained
The breakfast was wonderful, and the lineup of items that showed respect for Malaysian culture was excellent. The limousine service was also perfect.
Amazing friendly staff that go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant and comfortable. They assist you from grabbing your bags to making reservations for you, all with a warm smile on their face
The hotel is very modern. Everything in the room is controlled electronically. It does take a bit of getting-used-to, but after a while it becomes very pleasant to use. We are deeply impressed with the service provided at the hotel and believe that it is second to none.
