Fantastic location close to shopping mall, LRT station and restaurants
good location in bukit bintang and easily accessible from public transport. good value for money as well, room was spacious and comfortable.

The room we stayed very comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel also nice where it is located near to mall and a lot of restaurants and shops available nearby. Will recommend Furama to others
Being in an Executive Suite with Lounge Access. Room was spacious and well equipped. Daily Housekeeping if we needed.
Breakfast was in Lounge or the main Restaurant. Limited in the Lounge. Main Breakfast area was very crowded.
Staff in Lounge could be very helpful sometimes but in occasions could be not professional to serve in Club Lounge.
We stayed in the Hotel in and out for 3 weeks. Used the Club Lounge. Breakfast and evening snacks could be more varied and of good quality.
However we enjoyed our stay.
Check in staff Ain, Aini, Linda and Laila was very approachable and helpful.
Lounge staff Rehman, Sylvia and Laila was helpful and friendly.
