Room was comfortable and communication with host was smooth.
Self check-in instructions were clear and actually quite fun to follow. For a small fee, we could park inside the porch. The house and room were clean and tidy. The air-conditioning and water heater worked. The bed was also very comfy. The customer service was very responsive.
Love the big room with bathroom, strategic location, the staff very responsive, definitely recommended.
6 min walking distance to 1 Utama, rooms were clean and correspondence with staff was swift.
