old establishment but well maintained. good location - cafes, pharmacy, food stalls, morning market all within walking distance. everything about my room was good, clean although some areas of the room were untouched and had collected dust. free water refills outside the room but overall i'm satisfied with the room. it was worth the price.

Checkin/out was fast and smooth. Room had everything we needed from towels to soap/shampoo to glasses. For drinking water, no boiling is required as there is a shared water dispenser machine to access in the common area. The price is super reasonable, considering the location and the amenities/state of the bedroom. Super convenient place considering its proximity to eateries, pharmacies, and the paddy field.

Location & price. It serves the purpose for a night at Sekinchan.

The staff are helpful and friendly. We did not know that the hotel phone was not working. Finally, my wife found a mobile # and we called as we were delayed due to a bad accident on the Main Expressway and after that we got off at wrong exit to go there and ended up go around the outskirts of KL. The hotel is well placed and central to most of the locations we want to visit. They were helpful to arrange as per requested the 1st floor for my old parents-in-law sake. It is also having near by stalls an shops for breakfast. lunch and dinner with many selections to choose for. Sightseeing like Mango King, Wishing tree, Ah Ma House, Sekichan Paddy Fields are great for visits.

Clean, definitely exceeded my expectation (especially the bathroom). Lobby/ Waiting area was clean as well. Had a really good sleep.
