The hotel's location is convenient and strategic for us to move around.
Cosy and clean, situated middle of Jalan Gaya which is great.
near to the gaya street market & easy to access eatry .
Internet: Wi-Fi was excellent, providing a reliable connection throughout my stay. This was crucial for me as I had an important online meeting during my stay.
Workstation: The room offered a decent workspace with enough room to comfortably use my laptop. While the table itself wasn't the sturdiest, it was adequate for my short stay.
Comfy: The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, I did notice a few stains on the bedding.
Hospitality: The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my visit.
Accessibility and location: The hotel's central location was perfect. It is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and has the added convenience of several pharmacies located right downstairs. The lift access from the reception was also a plus.
Location is convenient with many restaurants nearby and handy to go to the Jetty.
