I felt like part of the family! The hosts Ms. Izyan and Affendi, made me feel so comfortable, welcome, and relaxed in their clean and comfy I.M. Santai Lodge. The 6 bed dorm, kitchen, and showers provided all the necessities for a great stay. But the hosts provided the extra love, care, and help which made my stay phenomenal! And all for a great price.

i love that the place is so pretty!nice decorations and it has everything. the owner also friendly and easy to reach. she's been really helpful during our stay here. the place also near any food places so it's easy to find where to have lunch at. prolly I'll come here again!

The owner/staff was very friendly and helpful, he even helped us book our ferry tickets online. There was free coffee and drinking water. The 2 restaurants downstairs are good and inexpensive. Good option if you need budget accommodation for a night.

The owner and the guy who works there cooked me dinner and wanted to take me out for food. They fixed up a bike so I could ride it. Very comfortable here. Thank you Also beds great

location is not ideal if u dont have a car but you can go to the arau ktm station with a Rm14 grab ride
