I have stayed in KSL many times and it was really very bad previously a few years back. Lifts were slow, TVs were outdated, room was in poor condition etc. However, i am surprised that KSL has put in the effort to improve many things. 1) The lifts were all upgraded and now it has almost no waiting time compared to previously where i had to wait 30 mins for a lift to be available cos it was slow and crowded all the time. 2) I noticed they have place water dispenser on the my room lobby, not sure if it is the same for the rest of the floors but it is definitely a great addition. 3) Finally, the TV has been upgraded to Samsung Smart TV. Now i can watch youtube or cast my phone to the tv on my free time. No more analog channels with the boring shows. Previously i was reluctant to stay at KSL after a horrendous experience but the past few stays have definitely changed my opinion. For the price they are charging, i think its worth it.

Strategically located. Shopping and food selection was excellent.

The cleanliness n the staff it's super.Locatin n amenities good.

Decor and hotel furniture is nice. Towels seems new and fresh! Lighting was adequate when curtains are drawn. Iron & board provided in room! Two chairs for sitting :D Huge TV.

Ideal location as the hotel is beside the KSL city mall. There are also a lot of durian sellers at nearby.
