Upon noticing that we were traveling with a small child, the staff informed us that our assigned room was on an upper floor without lift access. We inquired about the possibility of upgrading to a family room on the 1st floor, and we appreciated that our request was promptly accommodated.
The location is a bonus. The room is spacious and clean. The TV is functional and have good reception. The AC is good and provide good sleep environment. The room was well lit. The hotel manager and staff is friendly and helpful.
Location was superb and check in and out was very easy
Overall meet the price expectation. Clean room and basic needs (body shampoo, hair dryer and hangers etc) are there. Strategic location which near the main street of Kuala Kangsar. Several convenience stores within walking distance.
