The best thing about this hotel is the peace it serves us. Very quite. Accessible for handicapped too. Except for duplex. I really recommend this hotel. room is very nice, clean and tidy.housekeeping and receptionist very helpful.breakfast serves as a buffet. very nice breakfast.and location is a bit hidden between berjaya times square mall and also lalaport mall.

Very nice and comfortable hotel to stay but a bit far from the mall if by walk. The staff is very friendly.. surely gonna stay here again

I like the spacious room. The hotel is also located near with many shops. Plus, it's easy to go out by foot.

Love the theme, the room size, the tub and bathroom. It's close to the LRT station too, you just need to know the shortcut. The parking is quite easy to find around the building despite having no secured private or public parking.

if you are looking for great value with very comfortable and clean room this is the one. this room is so much better than the Theme Room. It's really clean and the air conditioner is not facing the bed so much so it's not too cold. the room size is not that small too. just enough for me to walk around the room.
