Staff was friendly and very helpful, eventhough she was new (Hidayah). The aircon in the room wasn't working but she managed to coordinate the change of room for me - and it was ok after that.

The hotel concept itself is unique as they have a self check in vending machine. It also has an elevator which is easy to those who brings luggage.
The room is comfy and worth the value to someone who is tight on a budget.
The staffs are also accommodating.
There are enough twin room for my 8 sets of guest.
