Room is comfortable, bright, clean and cozy. The corridor hallway is well presented.
Convenient to many different types of eateries and shopping.
It’s conveniently located near all the places I visited, and the rooms have connecting doors.
Customer services was awesome especially Goh at the front desk whom gave us such a very warm welcome n also when we were leaving. Room service was also great. Front desk Joshua sent someone to replace our sheet right away when we told him there was a stain on the sheet. Great location too. This will be my go to hotel on my next visit..

I had an amazing stay at Sunway Velocity Hotel. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how nice the hotel always smelled, it was so refreshing.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, and honestly, the cleanliness was one of the best parts of my stay. The location, and the convenience of being connected to the mall made everything so much easier and overall experience was fantastic.
This was my first time staying at Sunway Velocity. Definitely coming back again soon.
