I wanted to experience staying in a heritage hotel and Southern Boutique fit it well. Put us back in time. And very good location just off Penang Road.
Very near to all the food and conveniences. Value for money. I would choose again. IN Penang we are spoilt for choice actually.
The beddings, bed linens, firm beds & pillows are clean and comfortable.
Location is excellent ( except it's too nearby the road for fetching and disembarking transportation a little hassled.
Otherwise the location itself is 10/10.

Nice interior and clean. The price is cheap. Location middle of the Georgetown.
The staff were helpful friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and spacious. I liked the French doors opening onto the veranda. The location was quiet but literally around the corner from a lively night food market.
