The location was right in front of waterfront and in the center of the town, which makes sightseeing, eating, and walking about easy and convenient. The room was pleasantly clean and had everything I needed, and the shared toilets were clean and decent enough.

Located just across the waterfront. Does not get any better than that. Area has lots of food options. Bedroom was clean and with good space. You have a desk , chair and clothing rack. Aircon worked well. Free washer/dryer. It’s always being used, so keep that in mind. We didn’t really use the lounge area or kitchen but seemed spacious.

In front of the river bank where you can walk any time of the day for the best view of the city. Lots of places to eat and shopping. Easy self check in and out. Big work area. WiFi is good. Kuching is a small city so you can walk to most places.

Facilities make you Feel like home. Clean room with comfortable bed. Maurice has been very helpful through out my 3D2N stay. Would consider this place again. Also , a Washing machine with dryer is provided.

Superb location near to eatery n attractions Basic facilities but all complete Double lock on the door, feels safe Bed n blanket is clean n comfortable Shared toilet, hot shower n toiletries provided There is enough ports for charging devices Aircon is great too Second level is communal dining place. Hot/cold water dispenser, stove, Cutlery etc are provided. Third floor has TV lounge but I didn't use
