Somerset Hotel offers rooms in the center of Male' City and provides free transfers from Velana International Airport, a 15-minute ride away. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. With a city view, the rooms also include a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and coffee machine. Slippers and free toiletries are provided in the private bathroom. Some of the rooms have a balcony. Breakfast is available at the in-house restaurant, Belle Amie Bistro, which offers local and international cuisine for other meals. The hotel also has a tour desk and ticket service. A 5-minute walk away is the island's Fish Market, Sultan Park and Grand Mosque. The National Museum is 164 feet from the property.

We chose the Somerset Hotel based on good reviews from prior Japanese visitors and we found the hotel to be a very good choice of stay indeed. The location is excellent, the rooms are specious and the food was tasty.
Bibek and other staff from the hotel promptly picked us up from the Male International airport, and coordinated well with the resort facility and the transport service to ensure we did not have to wait long at the airport. We are very satisfied and would like to recommend the hotel.
Excellent from start to finish. Comfortable professional well presented quiet and peaceful. Great location, great food, buffet breakfast included. Why bother with the resorts. Can't wait to return.
