The reception personal was rude, needs customer service skills training.

The pool was nice.
Upon entering the room, the airconditioner did not work, neither did any of the provided key cards. We had to sleep with rhe door wide open die to no airconditioner working. One pillow was extremely stainned and had no pillow case. The shower was broken, unable to be used correctly. Although there was a very nice pool area, no one was monitoring the sun beds as people would reserve beds and be away from them for hours. Out of the three service at reception, one was very unhelpful, he did not tell us our cab had arrived when it was important we get to the airport early in the morning, and had a very rude attitude. When walking out to the reception to check out, there was a dead bird! No one seemed to be doing anything about it.
