This hotel was great the service was great the staff were very friendly. The pool felt amazing. Although construction was going on across the street you could still see the ocean from the rooftop pool. The rooms were spacious, and the private rooftop hot tub was a bonus. There was also a wet bar. Lounge chairs and a long table. Full kitchen with an oven. Washer and dryer are all great. I will recommend and return to this hotel. Also, the Bartender was great he brought the drinks up to the pool and checked on us for refills.

Spacious apartment in a very convenient location. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom in the main room. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn't use it but it is great that there is a washing machine and a dryer. Friendly staff. We were able to keep our bags in the hotel after check out. Nice cocktails delivered to the swimming pool area and/or rooms.

Perfect location in Centro Playa above one of the best restaurants in Playa (Yum Yum). Bed is very comfortable.

Love this hotel! Our 2nd time here and it was just a beautiful as the last. All the staff were so friendly and always there if we needed anything! Will absolutely be back if we make it back to Playa Del Carmen all the way from Alaska!
