Excellent walking location to the Malecon, local shopping, tacos, and it’s not high up on the hill making it nice to walk back to your room. Simple instructions to self check-in after hours, comfortable bed, full quirky beautiful suite with multiple large beautiful windows with views of plants and numerous vegetation. Kitchen fully stocked if needed, with a private sitting and eating area outside suite. Breakfast was simple but nice upstairs with a little view of the ocean complimented with fresh coffee or tea with fresh cream (not in the tiny plastic peel off containers) local brown sugar, yogurt, fruit salad (papaya, pineapple), granola, bread for toast with butter and jam. Excellent large air conditioner. Stayed Saturday night so no construction as they are building a huge condo building next door. This place is a gem and I will be back.
This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a 5 star B&B. If you love real Mexico you'll love this place in a low-middle class old neighborhood working to create charm and value in a tourist town. They have created a serene and classy atmosphere with all the amenities needed for a lengthy stay, including an efficient well-outfitted kitchen and eating area. a very functional if small bathroom and a very comfortable bedroom. The azotea is lovely with dessert roses of impressive size.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was easy to navigate and the corner store, taco stands and restaurants were wonderful.
We loved the location as everything was within walking distance. The after hours check in was easy. The property was clean and breakfast had healthy choices. Communication using WhatsApp was prompt. We would definitely stay there again.
