Overall the resort provided a good family vacation experience.
We loved our room - a Preferred Club King - which was very spacious & had a great view of the pool & a glimpse of beach. Having access to the Preferred Club Lounge was also a huge advantage. There were a good variety of restaurants & some fun entertainment. The main pool was awesome- could not use the Preferred pool because we had a child with us but it looked nice too. The property was laid out very well - easy to get around, beautiful landscaping & had everything we needed.
The staff: Housekeeping/Wait Staff/Bartenders were amazing! *****Five stars to the hard working people of Dreams Jade Resort. Beautiful Facilities!
The Butler Julian enhanced our stay and made my birthday special.
Love how friendly and accommodating the staff was. The food was so good. You really do t need to leave the resort to have a good time. I will come back.
