Friendly staff, 3 pools, swim up bar, bar by the pool, snacks in between.

Property was under construction in some parts, but that did not take away from the experience.

We (family of five) had a wonderful experience in this hotel. There is space for every kind of people, whether you want to relax and rest or whether you want to have fun in the party. The staff is extremely friendly, , Blanca Quezada from reception, Ernesto with glasses from reception, Roberto Rodas from the beach and many more always looked out for our comfort. The food is very good, the buffet, especially breakfast, there is a lot of variety to choose, fruits, pancakes, eggs, salmon, cooked meals, variety of breads, salads, mexican dishes, etc... Rooms are very comfortable. We wanted to read and relax and our room was very silent, we could only hear the sound of the sea. We would definitly go back.

Food is exceptional, staff is polite and helpful, security is good
