Great location, and the hosts are very accommodating and super helpful. We were in quite a pinch as our first accommodations canceled last minute during a festival week. For one night it was a little more expensive than we were planning but the host also helped us find another location close by the next night, when nothing was available! They also helped us hire a private driver and guide to see the ruins! Great place to stay.
10 minutes walk from Catedral Metropolitana de Oaxaca and main square Zocalo, restaraunt Tierra del Sol or Los Amantes Mezcalería
Longest walk to anywhere is max 30 min, and for example Barrio de Jalatlaco (popular area) is 20 minutes walk
Has a parking inside property, so for us coming with a car from CDMX, this was the bigest bonus.
