Located in a quiet neighborhood away from tourist district
We stayed in unit 4 which was a lovely large room opening onto the terrace, with space for luggage and a large modern bathroom. We very much appreciated the dedicated fridge and cabinet space for each room in the kitchen- and the washing machine! It is in a quiet residential area, but it is just a few blocks from an Aki supermarket, and walking distance to the center, Parque la Plancha, and Paseo de Montejo.
The facilities were good, the kitchen was adequate and clean. There were 2 refrigerators for only 4 rooms so lots of space in them.
I liked that it felt like I was staying over at a friend's house and not like a common crowded hotel. The residential area was peaceful and quiet.
Some distance from downtown centro, but Liked the co-living vibe here! It’s around the corner from a great coffeehouse called Voltaire’s. Good healthy walk to downtown so conducive to pleasure and healthy movement.
